Ok, kimmimaros KKG has not been stated to heal any sort of organs whatsoever. His healing ability is also limited to external damage as he can close open wounds made by protruding bones through his skin. I am actually quite sure that if tsunade could move her bones around freely like kimmimaro could, that she could definitely pull her spine out and heal all of her injuries.

Extreme pressure is different from a high velocity impact. How many times must this be said? You still haven't thoroughly read my explanation comparing the two. And again, he can only control the growth, density, and placement of his bones. He cannot use his healing ability at will, which is only used to close open wounds.

Once more, kimmimaro can control the placement of his bones, meaning he can move them around his body without causing any internal damage. He would have died long time ago if he couldn't control where they moved. When he pulled out his spine, his healing ability closed the open wound and he was able to reform his spine in the exact place it had been due to his ability to control his bones growth.

I had already briught real life facts when i brought physics to prove a point and this has only proven my case even further. He has the "most perfect and powerful body" because his bone structure is naturally able to reach is pinnacle hardness, and because it is, it cannot be destroyed by natural means, since not everyone can do the same naturally.
