the doves fly high in the sky
just like your eyes
floating like butterflies

through the fields
i must yield by such beauty
it so consuming and worring
to see you lonely

i wrap you in my arms your hair in the wind
as you wine around my body
your smell sweet as honey
you had me at baby

i look towards the moon and i see you
the goddess of night with my hearts light
not even the sea can keep my love from you
for i shall fly like a dove
far above the oceans below
to be on the moon with my beloved

the wolfs bow down to you
as i am with you and forever i'll be near you
just to travel the seas for you

let hell come with highwater
i will slaughter the demons
just to walk together

lady of the moon

Reading this made my day. <3
I adore how it basically tells a story throughout most of the poem. ~
What's interesting is you didn't rhyme in every stanza! Which grabs my attention if I do say so myself.
This poem was both lovely and sweet!
Job well done. (;
