Datastats doesn't mean you're stronger than someone.
Plus kakashi did not gain stamina he improved his chakra usage.

Sasuke doesn't deserve a 5 because he still hasn't show his true potential in ninjutsu.
However hidan has doesn't mean that hidan's ninjutsu is better than Sasuke.
