The main difference between Sharingan genjutsu and regular genjutsu is that Sharingan genjutsu is visual based. While a regular genjutsu can simply be initiated by placing your chakra in the opponent's chakra stream, a Sharingan genjutsu requires that the Sharingan be active and you make eye contact with the opponent.

As you know most of the sharingan techniques require eye contact. However some don't but only mainly customs. Lets start!

(Bōshi Magen: Kyouten Chiten) - Demonic Eye Illusion: Heaven And Earth Change

Description:This is a illusion counter were, through the use of their sharingan, an Uchiha can take control over an enemy illusionary techniques and reverse it back into the opponent by taking control of it and releasing oneself at the same time. With 1 Tomoe, it can affect C-Rank and below illusions. With 2 Tomoe it can affect B-Rank and bellow illusions. With a 3 Tomoe, it can affect A-Rank and below illusions. With MS/EMS it can affect S-Rank and bellow illusions. Can only be used once every two turns.

Self explanitory. Reversing an illusion that has been casted onto you back onto the user. Now there are some genjutsu's you won't be able to do it too. Can you name what type?

For the first technique, what comes to mind is Sound Genjutsu, I feel as though Sound Genjutsu would be incapable of being reversed by the Sharingan.

For the second question, I would have a Shadow Clone get close enough to the enemy. I would first do something to obstruct the opponent's vision of me, such as creating a rampart or wall as a ruse, then having a clone go underground and emerge from the ground. Surprised, the opponent will look at the clone and chances are, the clone will be able to establish eye contact and instill the jutsu. Once done, I could either kidnap the opponent or have the clone finish them off. By using a clone, I remove the danger of being harmed due to being in close range.

First one... no it's more of a blinding tyle genjutsu. If they blind you and quickly move to an area you do not know and try to reverse it. How would you do it? You wouldn't as you would need to know where you opponent is to perform genjutsu on them. So theoratically you can't do this while blinded.

Second one... I'd just use it and move forwards quickly and silently much as possible.... not all that with clones but this is me and that is you :|

Prior to performing the Shiranui, I would make the handseals for the Shadow Clone technique. This way, the opponent think the clones are regular clones and won't notice they are in an illusion, making it more likely for the jutsu to succeed in detonation.

The second technique can be used for more than situation, and therefore my usage can be changed depending on the situation. I would use this technique as the opponent is attack with a technique, if I am close enough, I'd use it while they are performing seals. I will cast an illusion on the opponent for them to see the attack hit me, when in reality I have countered it. This would cause them to drop their guard and not realize the actual danger they're in.

I wouldn't really use it that way but i guess that works on the first technique.


The second technique. You must know it or seen it atleast one time in our rp for this to work. If you never seen the technique [meaning a bio that has seen it during the a battle etc..] Than you can not copy it. Just remember that it works a slightly different in our rp.

Description: A sharingan Genjutsu, it requires eye contact with the opponent. The opponent is then made to believe that their body is made of paper and is burning, reducing their dexterity of movement, stopping them from performing handseals.
Note: Requires three tomoe Sharingan and eye contact

Make eye contact with your 3T sharingan and put them in an illusion that they are suddenly paper and it's burning. This is about pain but also about paralyzing them. Show me a way where you would use this.


(Bōshi Genjutsu: Koukon Karasu) – Illusionary Eye Technique: Dusk Crow

Description: This is an advanced Sharingan technique the user traps the enemy in an illusion without any eye contact, similar to Ephermal. The Genjutsu traps the victim in a torrent of crows, leaving them at the users mercy.

No eye contact required, however you are going to need to be facing him for this to be some what believable ......Tell me a way to use this ..

Why will they panic and if this wasn't a sharingan genjutsu then would they panic?
