Lol the size of Madara's katon were beyond mountain size. Kakashi isn't escaping them nor he has any jutsu that can take them out.

I don't get it. Can the katon go underground? No. It travels through the battlefield. What stops Kakashi from going underground and dodge it easily again?

What do you mean? Katon is katon. Itachi's didn't go down the hole. It went through it, exactly like Madara's went through the battlefield

Kakashi probably takes this. As others have mentioned, Hiding like a mole counters all of Madara's Katons. Moreover, there is some doubt over the speculation that Madara's Katon is that big without the tweaks Kabuto made on his body and without Hashi's cells. Although he still has to get past Madara's gunabi, which I have dubiety over.

Bogard posted a scan of Itachi's katon doing some damage to the ground. Madara's, which is around ten times stronger, can probably decimate the ground just by passing through so it should still burn Kakashi even if he decides to go underground.

Kakashi can't stop Madara's katon with his suitons and his doton wall isn't powerful enough either but those two jutsu can slow Madara's katon down for sure and weaken it considerably.

Madara does have better taijutsu especially due to his fan increasing the range of his CQC attacks but raiton clones would make CQC deadly for Madara to engage in. However, Madara won't get shocked if he uses his fan to attack Kakashi and the Gunbai barrier can protect Madara from getting paralysed.

If this is alive Madara he'll hav no senju(hashirama which is stronger) dna meaning his katon will no longer be as large.But if he does have Hashirama's cells then his katon is most likely Juubi sized.

Madara's katons might have aoe but they aren't dense, none of the katons he used burned through the ground. Even when he used majestic fire destroyer on flower tree world the flames themselves(even though they were burning wood) wasn't able to reach the gokage below the roots.

Solid rock being much more denser and no spaces or gaps between roots should hold up just fine. If anything dig deeper.
His only problem would be the gunbai.
