Itachi can't use KA in battle unless Naruto is present.
And when Itachi implanted the crow inside Naruto, KA still had its cooldown.

He will sprout Mokuton from his body similar to how Yamato did this in order to remove Sasuke's sword from his body. Hashirama has also shown the ability to sprout Mokuton from his body when his Mokuton clones form.

Well so far we've seen that every ninja with a jutsu that absorbs chakra can absorb chakra themselves too. Hashirama's wood dragon absorbs chakra, so it is not entirely impossible that he too can absorb chakra. That's how I imagine he'd get rid of amateresu. Alternatively, the wood dragon can absorb it for him. Anyway blind Madara absorbed amaeteresu, and he had just absorbed Hashi's sage mode back then.

Honestly, until semi-currently, "power-levels" did but did not exist.

The levels went Genin, Chuunin, Special Jonin, Jonin, and Kage/S-class.

There wasn't anyone truly higher than Kage/S-class, except Hagoromo, which everyone accepted, but then pseudo Rikudou's and transmigrants upped the ante.

In summary, The Itachi fans have nothing to argue about because Itachi isn't part of the Hagoromo family nor is he a pseudo Rikudou.
