Databooks stats don't mean that one character is more superior than the other, they may have better stats but it all depends on the arsenal of techniques

Juubito wrecks Itachi. Itach is NOT juubi level. He would have a hard time fighting against Pain or Nagato, and Juubito would crush Nagato easily.
