"ok, i guess that it´s only us for now, my plan is that if there will be 4 of us than we will seperate into 2 groups, if there will be 6 of us than into 3 groups. each group will be made of 2 arrancars. one of each group will be meditating and looking for reiatsu of the captain of squad 3, this will be giving away reiatsu of course, that´s why the 2nd one will be trying to hide reiatsu of the 1st one and if that fails than he will protect his teamnate from soul reapers, groups should be made of 1 espada and 1 numeró or fracción. groups will be: me and Xinroxi, zarakii and someone 1, maybe even someone 2 and someone 3, oh, and when you find his reiatsu you will shoot 3 balas into the sky and we will all meet here. do you agree guys with my plan?"

"i know, but we must give signal to the others and when i get to know the location i will have to make another plan + balas aren´t so big so they would have to be looking for it to see it, but we will know that we should be looking for it"are u sure to shoot balas, :s

And secondly we cant find him by sensing his riestu, as we have never sensed his riestu before.
jus keep the riestu down both the groups, as we really don't want them to find us.
killed any shinigami u see and take his clothes to disguise, and try to find any shinigami with a cloak written 3(off course in japanese, u will see three lines horizontally xd) and persuade him and convince him to tell about his captain, and his residing place,.
we will goto tht place, now the 1 group will remain at the back(but still can see the place where 3rd captain is expected) the second group will go forward can confirm his presence there, if our group find him there then we simply attack him.

stupid :flaw: *shoot u a Bala.*
before even shooting ur first Bala our cover will blow.
as bala has nothing to do in soul society.
it will be a great shock for every1 in soul society, and off course its not a good and small news for them

"it´s true that we never sensed reiatsu of 3rd squad captain, but i got map of seiretei from death shinigami from mission 2 on which is shown where are barracks of each squad, we just have to find captain lv reiatsu near barracks of 3rd squad"
