The Kurome fight will go at least a bit differently due to zombie Ran being there. It will obviously be quite fast paced since this fight has shown us the revolution in full swing (at least from what I can understand).

Also, I'm curious about the Doro/Honest conversation, looks like Doro did something to Incursio.

Uh, because she died over night in bed while they were trying to save her and Tatsumi sat there alone with her corpse the whole night? It's ridiculously obvious that she died over night and Tatsumi wanted some time alone since no one was with them and it was obvious Tatsumi didn't sleep that night. Fairly obvious they didn't want to bury her right away.

She died in Tatsumi's arms in the anime, as well.

Not to mention that it was right out stated that same characters will die in the manga as in the anime. With Run being the only exception since anime didn't include Champ.

There will be minor changes, obviously though.

Ah okay, thanks for clearing that up, makes sense. It's hard for me to make sense out of things when I'm at work and constantly being distracted. However, that would also mean that there is a technical error since corpses' eyes eventually close.
