The best written Uchiha is without doubt Madara Uchiha. His development from being a child, bearing the same ideals as Ashura, to losing his brother and discovering the truth of the Shinobi history via Uchiha Tablets, into such a wise person in regards to understanding the concept of Yin-Yang of the Shinobi world, was a magnificent writing from Kishimoto. Madara was just so logical, intelligent and realistic about his goals and character.

That awkward moment when my favorite Naruto character who is like a mega fodder got a filler that actually expanded upon his personality and history while Ran, who is much more prominent in his source manga, got all of his development, backstory and action scenes simply removed in favor of pretty much nothing. Anime Ran is a cardboard cutout with the emotional range of one.

Okay, I promise this is the last time I rant about this. I still love Manga Ran, he shall have a place in my heart forever U_U
