Everyone teams up to go kill the Prime Minister who pulls TEH ULTIMATE TEIGU out of his ass and becomes some horrific demon lord/tentacle monster by eating the Emperor. Fight ensues, PM finally gets taken down by a combo from the remaining Night Raid and Jaegers.
Tatsumi is made the new emperor with Mine as his empress and Esdeath as his second-in-command and self-proclaimed mistress, Boss becomes the new PM, Leone becomes new leader of the Imperial guard (and unofficially the manager of the Imperial harem), while Wave takes Kurome home to his village where they open up a Fish and Sweet shop.
The last scene involves an intimate scene in the royal apartments as Emperor Tatsumi slowly wakes up in a big bed thinking Mine is flirting with him, only to find Esdeath in the bed with him telling him that she has to properly fulfill her role as mistress,
Then Mine opens the door to wake up her lazy husband and sees this and gets mad and we get a shot to the sky as she yells, "TAT-SU-MIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!" followed by sounds of violence and Esdeath laughing. Oh and Akame remains irrelevant as ever throughout the whole ordeal.
