I fail to see how having intel on Seryuu's nukes does anything when his minions would still fall to them and it doesn't give him any intel on Koro's special ability.

From what I've seen no. You were the only one and you are also the biggest seryuu fan, so I went by the majority. In the debates where you tried to prove it nobody won. Plus you aren't factoring in the abilities of the minions, you're making a very biased opinion if you think seryuu can pull all of those abilities back to back. You also have to consider the people who have survived her attacks and how they did so. If she was that much of a tank as you're making her out to be she would still be alive.
Of course we could just have a vote.

Biased? Are we going to say Stylish wins just because of the numbers despite the fact that Seryuu's arsenal is perfect for taking out enemies that have numbers on their side? And look back a few pages when I first made the top ten. It was agreed that Seryuu is most likely the fourth strongest.

Judgment of the Ten Kings ( I think is what it's called ) won't be useful since he'll use Kaku, the ecstacy wielder, to defend him.
And then the poison pretty much takes care of Serioux herself. Not sure what happens to Koro though...
But since he's can tell his army to do whatever he wants, and remotely set off the poison and bombs, it's certainly a factor.

Seryuu has shown to hide in Koro. <--- A simple tactic to get rid of the danger that the poison brings while Koro obviously won't be affected. Not to mention that a single blast from her cannon would get rid of the poison. Kaku can defend him maybe if he gets him high enough and if Ecstasy is a good enough defense for the nukes considering their AoE will most likely bypass Ecstasy's defense since Schere could barely withstand Koro's punches. Not to mention that Koro's scream isn't allowing Kaku to do anything if Seryuu uses it. Kaku might defend Stylish himself, but Seryuu's nukes will be effective enough to wipe out the rest of team Stylish.
It still wipes out his whole team, leaving him alone in which case Seryuu and Koro have this. I'm not even sure if Stylish's big monster could keep it's balance after constantly being shot by Seryuu's cannon.
