Okay so I just looked through 50 pages of discussion and this seems to be the Fan Club Top Ten(in power) based on debates, feats, and hype. (I'm really bored yes and have spent the last hour doing this). I also listed potential Top Ten candidates and reason for each spot. Remember this is based off of what everyone has said and also other top ten lists. If some of these are up for debate you can prove it wrong, I just went off of the debates that have been shown in the fan club.

Potential 10 ten Canidates

Remember this is based off of what everyone has said and also other top ten lists. If some of these are up for debate you can prove it wrong, I just went off of the debates that have been shown in the fan club.

-We can all agree on this and it isn't debatable. All Hail The Strongest in the Empire!
-Has powerful minions and potential for future minions is there. Not to mention she herself is as fast and as skilled a fighter as Akame. Dodged Meins high speed shot with no idea of the attack, survived being stabbed in the neck directly by Chelsea. Was able to attack and break esdese's mask during their first encounter.
-Was able to handle esdese one on one and defeat stylish in monster form with ease, can gain strength from his wielder which pushes his strength to extreme heights. Extremely skilled cook and overall great guy.
-Can summon an army of formidable minions who almost defeated night raid. Able to transform into a multiple story juggernaut, has extremely fast healing abilities for himself or his allies. Overall swag is ferocious.
-Solo'd both mein and schere together, Teigu has many forms that adapts her to almost any situation and each form is powerful. Not phased by having both arms sliced off, only lost to mein due to plot rape, and overall a empress of justice.
-Beat both of Esdese's top soldiers, extremely well know fighter who has shown mastery over Incrusio one of the more difficult teigu's to use. Is a fan of Space Dandy based off of his hair.
-Instant kill teigu, master swordsmen, extremely agile, posses extreme battle smarts, is known for her extreme skill, as a child made it through a forest filled with danger beasts while carrying her sister(AGK Zero), and the star of the series.
-Deadeye(i.e. sniper precision, sight, and can determine distances of how far she can shoot), Teigu can gain even stronger damage enough to destroy seryuu and her teigu, Battle Smarts and pretty agile
-Has shown to be very tactful battle wise, is able to manipulate his teigu for any situation, solo'd two demons.
-This one is basically hype for now but based off of what we've seen from bradt we have an idea of what can happen. Tatsumi was shown to be a advanced swordsman before gaining Incrusio. Is able to wield Incrusio to an intermediate degree and is getting stronger. Wave is basically hype for now as well, his teigu is said to be the strongest version of Incrusio and after surviving multiple attacks that sent him flying we can assume that he is very durable or more durable that bradt. But until we see more from him it's all hype.
Potential 10 ten Canidates
Schere(has yet to be proven as stronger than anyone is the top ten and has limited feats), Empire Army General(Hype is said to rival esdese in strength but has no feats as of yet,) Shura( also said to be a potential threat to esdese, as shown the ability to teleport but no other feats have been shown), Ran(Few feats have been shown but from what we have seen he will have the aerial advantage, also survived being attacked by mein. Potential is there but we've yet to see anything.)

Your top ten is rather good although I disagree with some placements such as Stylish's placement and Wave's placement. Other than that, I pretty much agree except for Mine beating Tatsumi.

Who is victor AC o_0 ?
What matters is the top 3 for me + I feel the top 10 will drastically change soon , Dorothea will soon rise , the Kurome will probably go down a few spots , Wave shall soon solo , Shura will show more feats etc ....
