Sasuke is pretty much the only Naruto character I discuss about with people these days so I'll help you out if needed.

Did you forget him having to run away, have his guards by him time and give him space before he could transform. Another thing, if Akame can get up to the top of that dinosaur thing Kurome's was using I'm sure she could get up to the huge opening stylish has.

Wait what? He doesn't get those because they're dead!? Stylish himself is dead... And he was even sweeped by Susano'o and still had plenty of time to transform, saying he doesn't have enough time doesn't really make sense...

It wasn't shown how she got up to Destaghoul, for all we know Tatsumi helped her up the cliffs since it was that kind of area. And Stylish would flatten her before she can even get that high. After all if those test subjects are willing to give their lives for Stylish, then it's not fair to say he doesn't get them when we rate him. After all he took on Night Raid on his own, and he would've killed everyone if Susano'o didn't interfere.

In the modern age, a powerful individual is someone who is either rich, or has a lot of people at his disposal, such as an army. I believe Stylish should be considered very powerful for this reason. All of his test subjects are practically his dogs, and he can use them as he wishes.

I like te Akame Ava AC, I like when they look badass. I need to change my Ava & sigs

BTW , I don't think Tatsumi is not top 10 material , Rabac should be there instead.

Wow.. PP is mad because Dorothea will be more hax than Kurome. Fidd is mad because Sasuke > Itachi. And Punk is mad because Schere start cry when Seryuu solo her in less than 0.9 second. I kant beliv u guyz.. Am outta here for about 5 mins.
