Let's be real; Kakashi's and Sasuke's both do, which implies it's not a special feat. Tengu entities have wings, and PS is similar to a Tengu being. Are those huge "arm-like" limbs on Madara's PS's back actually arms or wings? When Sasuke fights Kaguya, we see that those are not pure wings...

Where would you think Madara and Sasuke would be if they mastered their Rinnegan to their full potential? Madara only had it for a short period of time. He couldn't use it as an old man. The first time he used his original eye was when he fought the Tailed Beasts. Sasuke got it shortly after.

Hagoromo level? Weaker? Stronger? Let's discuss: He has long hair and the Byakugan. He should be able to block chakra points in an instant just like Kaguya. Judging by the clothes, he should have had Six Paths Senjutsu or something similar to it. Perhaps a different version of that...

That 17 year old Naruto/Sasuke can defeat Madara individually... how..? Don't include Naruto vs Kaguya as a reason. Just like Sasuke did more against Madara, Naruto did more against Kaguya.

As it certainly isn't a Rinne-Sharingan like Madara's and Kaguya's, and since it has tomoe, could it be a mixture of two Rinnegans in one eye? Hagoromo gave the power of his eyes to Sasuke, which would imply that he gave Sasuke the power of BOTH of his Rinnegan. Perhaps Sasuke's single eye...
