We learned from the Juubi that it's power comes from Natural Energy. Maybe was only a retcon on Bijuus and Natural Energy. But since the Juubi is a junction of all the bijuus, obviously their power comes from Natural energy too, and the pose Kyuubi does to gather Chakra is the same as Naruto...
