Sasuke has really moved up in Naruto sense he was first appeared. He mastered lightning attacks learned to summon manda. He beat akatsuki awakened EMS. He's up there now with Kakashi Guy and Hyatte Gekko. Probably stronger than Hyatte Gekko. Wow time has really passed.

I think Teen Naruto BEFORE he got sage mod and bijuu would be a match for Goku. Anything after that against kid goku or the 9 tails going nuts would be a lot for kid Goku.
