If Tsunade would have died, split in half or pierced by Madara like shown, then I could see that. He'd be a great place holder until Naruto matures. Heck, I could see him taking the title under the condition that Naruto gets trained to be the replacement and as a memento to Minato.

I think it varies by eye and by the clan standing, ie branch ranking. It would make sense for main branch members to have similar abilities to set them apart from main branch members.

Honestly, fanboy aside, Minato would have destroyed him. Of this were Orochimaru years later I'd say yes. He spent years learning the seals of Naruto's clan, even surpassed what Krishna probably taught Minato given how shocked he was Orochimaru broke the RDS.

No wanking or trolling here, but I'd say he'd be S Class in terms of skill. His genjutsu skills would be crazy. Also Sasuke would be less likely to fight based off emotion, ie using strategy like vs Deidera and using less chakra.

I always felt like it was a Kaio Ken version for the NV. I think Super Sayian is a stretch, but Gai did undergo physical changes, so this is possible. Repped.
