The speed of totsuka has got to be near S/t. Orochimaru, who was standing right in front of itachi, couldnt even see totsuka blade being thursted into his chest. Nagato the Rinngenn master / Senser, Couldnt even sense totsuka being jabbed at his chest. Now those two alone are proof...
