but the CM is primarly Juggo's clans ability.

I do not know. You must be talking about the battle with Killer Bee when Killer Bee crushed his chest cavity. You must be suggesting that Juugo merge with Sasuke, given Sasuke access to Curse Mark or Senjutsu. That is false. Juugo healed Sasuke body by converting his DNA to replace the missing organs and/or flesh with Sasuke, with his owns. The same as a if Sasuke was given a donor. Sasuke was compatible to accepting Juugo's DNA (via Curse Mark).

If what you say is true, would Sasuke be needing Juugo? Juugo never gave Sasuke Senjutsu. It was enough for Zetsu to react and expose themselves.
