In regards to powerups Naruto would still have bloomed Asura's body while Sasuke would be left with EMS. Storyline wise maybe different since Naruto sensed they were both reincarnations but still wouldn't change Naruto's childhood and the way he feels for friends.

I was passing through the Kage summit pages and I was reminded that none of Akatsuki members originate from Kumokagure. After all IT is made possible from all Akatsuki efforts. While all other villages have Akatsuki missing nins, Kumo was just caught in a war and made its contribution to stop it.
