Is Kumo the most innocent village this war ?

After all IT is made possible from all Akatsuki efforts. While all other villages have Akatsuki missing nins,

Kumo was just caught in a war and made its contribution to stop it.

The previous wars led up to the war... To be innocent in this war you would have to be innocent in the past..

However, Kumo is quite the opposite. Were it not for the sacrifices made by other villages... there would've been a 4th ninja war because of Kumo a while ago.
