Pretty sure Tsunade has antibodies for most of the poisons out there. She already fought Hanzo before albeit at a stalemate. The sannin did improve though. I'm pretty sure each could take Hanzo down individually.

Tsunade's raw power means nothing, since Hanzo's Shunshin can dodge them effortlessly. If he puts Tsunade in his trap, he can have the salamander swallow her, and activate the poison. That paralyzes Tsunade, leaving her vulnerable for her limbs to be cut by his weapons. And it was canonically shown that Tsunade in her prime along with Sannin, were unable to match Hanzo's prowess.​

as long as he can use shunshin he can dodge anything, Hanzo would get a multiple chances to use poison against tsunade and i'm pretty sure he can do it somehow ..

Flower tree world is spores idk but that doesn't exactly poison you like other poisons it makes you fall asleep I think that's a different category because they work differently the spores aren't exactly harming the bodies thats the part of poison that kills and it can't kill if it's damaging organs and such and she's healing them. Also Tsunade wasn't in byakugou mode when that happened.

Anyways Tsunade with byakugou can totally beat him. She can take his hits plus if anything she can play dead or injured to her benefit. Inexperienced Tsunade who fought him before is totally different to now need i mention chiyo said she was able to make counters to her poisons pretty much on the spot.

I'm leaning toward Hanzō. I don't think she can instantly counter so much poison without prep. That, and Hanzō, with the Teleportation Jutsu, is faster than she is. He can potentially blitz her.

Imo Byakugo can be used to counter poisons. The rest of his arsenal would be ineffective for obvious reasons (not enough firepower).

As if Byakugō can regenerate from poison. That's not what it can do, and it does the opposite. When applying logic to the manga, what Hanzō uses to poison people is a poison gas, that affects ultimately the victim's bloodstream - therefore, blood infection. After that the blood cells are infected due to the gas, it continues it's way throughout the whole body, and so on. What she'd need is not to regenerate, but to exterminate the bacteria. An antidote is needed and not regeneration; if she regenerated, she only would only increase the cells to infect. Ultimately the process would be finished much faster as the cells would rapidly increase, as well as the effect would increase exponentially.​
