I highly doubt it; there have been many threads like this, but none of them can difinitivly prove that she is an Uzumaki, so until it's in the manga, she's not IMO.

exactly, so his speed (not FTG; his running speed) was greater than the Raikage's, which is about equal to Naruto's fox cloak, which is basically the Body Flicker, putting Minato faster than body flicker. Or is there something wrong with this logic?

No, the raikage said that Minato was faster, and because teleportaion isn't speed, that means that Minato's natural speed was greater than the Raikage's. Otherwise, i could say the Tobi is the fastest ninja alive because of his space/time ninjutsu.

So, he badically teleports, making FTG not speed, meaning that his natural speed was greater than the Raikages, which is basically Body Flicker. Nice to know for my bio test.
