Hey, I was just wondering if there was a puppet sensei/senpai out there, or if I just got the puppet jutsu auto. Can anyone help?

As far as I know only Kirabi has been a puppet teacher. If he doesn't do that anymore and there's no one else, you get it by default.

Only puppet users, whether it's canon or custom. There was a time only people from Sunagakure could use it, but that was just to get more people into Suna into the village system. That rule was just temporary and has been removed.

then it means i have to choose from those 3 characters if a want a puppet user character?

Sorry, another question. Is it possible to steal puppets that say 'only ___ or ___ can use this puppet'? Also, I have to steal the whole bio to get the puppets, right?

yeah u have to win a fight that says u won and then u can make the bio into a custom puppet, i believe it has to be checked in the cj thread but cali knows more than i do about that part of it

That's not exactly what I mean. For example: a Sasori puppet can only be used by Kankuro and Sasori. If I steal a Sasori bio, can I now use a Sasori puppet with my Chiyo bio?
