Imma do something else involving science....

*I build up a large ammount of suiton chakra within myself, and then I release it into the air. I use my chakra in the air to spread out a fair distance, and drag back the water particles hanging in the air in order to condense the invisible particles into a thick mist, laced with my chakra. I run up to you through my mist, doing a psuedo-Lariet (just the action, no chakra), stopping just before I hit your neck.*

*I gather suiton chakra into my hand, and I extend it up and outwards in the shape of a sword. As my chakra extends outwards, water from the lake is drawn towards it and creates a sword. As the sword is made, the water flows forwards down the middle of the sword, and back to the base (my hand) around the edge, or blade of the sword. Then, I condense the water into a hard sword, with a moving blade to cut just as easily as any steel sword.* Whaddya thinks (tell me which jutsu does and does not require a water source as we go, okay)?

*I gather up suiton chakra in my mouth, and I mix it with my saliva as I prepare to hauk another loogy. Then, I spit towards your clone, using my chakra in the saliva to change it's properties in order to make it denser and more viscous, as to slow it's flow rate, and I make the particles in the saliva more attracted to one another as to make the liquid want to stay together, making it, in essence, sticky. The water hits your clone and sticks to his hands and body, and legs to reduce his mobility.*

There are only two D-ranks? O.O

1. For the hidden mist, you breathe mist out, not manipulate it in the air. If you want that method, you have to be standin on a water source.
2. for the syrup capture, you simply make 2 layers of water. the one above is stick,yand the bottem one is normal.
