my vote would go to gaara because, his sand can stop raikages all out kick and the sands main weakness is speed which sakura has not proven to have. what do you think?

so theres a lot of flaming about raikage and minato in terms of speed. But heres my opinion about it. Raikage is pure speed meaning fast physical reflex and agility I wont deny the fact that minato himself is fast but flying thunder god is teleportation meaning space time jutsu not physical...

So i know that with ems you can use the ms techniques with no permanent damage to your eyes but doesn't each technique drain up a lot of chakra therefore stamina plays a major part i guess

so every new hokage has to surpass the previous one, so has tsunade proven to be stronger than minato?
