possible ems weakness???

So i know that with ems you can use the ms techniques with no permanent damage to your eyes but doesn't each technique drain up a lot of chakra therefore stamina plays a major part i guess

Yeah of course. Maybe just less pain and it involves your ocular powers I guess. I honestly wish I knew more about it.

I thing it reduces chakra usage as well if using ms techs.

It probably reduces strain to a greater extent than what you're making it out to be. Amaterasu and Enton techniques were nothing to Sasuke in his fight against Kabuto. Heck the guy didn't even look tired by the end of his fight.

To put it simply, the EMS took all the costs of the MS and threw them out the window....No costs and all benifits

So basically it reduces the eye strain for no blindness, and it takes away the chakra cost by reducing it substantially. Sasuke came out of the battle litterally unscathed (part of that is probably thanks to Itachi, but it is still an accomplishment)
