So my question is, I've been reading threads about how minato is one of the fastest ninjas ever bc of FTG, But some say it's teleportation. so what would be the best label for the technique?

It's a form of teleportation, a reverse summoning as some have described it. He's still extremely fast with out the technique though.

likes its call s/t, space and time techinque, so, dadadadadadadadadum, teleporting. but for real, he's still the fastest in basic speed, the teleporting still counts as speed

I also think he is fast enough though. Considering he made it in time catching kakashi when the latter was reckless attacking with raikiri.
