You sound dumb. Both were depleted of chakra. & if he could get chakra from the Bijuu he would have. Tailed beast chakra has been shown to be able to heal, if Naruto had access to it he would've used it instead of staying immobile.

Honestly I think its possible, It all depends on how long Ishida plans to write this manga. If the ending is still far off I doubt Arima'll die here, however Ishida does write unpredictably when compared to other mangaka's so there's that.
