Narutoverse is filled with characters with IQ that are off the charts. Most of them brag about it but some are just to INTELLIGENT to be humble about it. My personal choice is Shikamaru Nara. POINTS: 1.He's so intelligent that even Tobi himself pisses his pants when he's round the war zone...

Uchiha bros dojutsu are insane but t can never stand up to the beast ball attack of naruto & bee. ill smoke the susanoo defense like hot knife trough butter. naruto & bee will win this with high difficulty:rolleyes: mainly bcoz of itachi's intelligence.
