Tobi not an Uchiha?

When i made a thread on who's the strongest uchiha...many were asking if Tobi is indeed an Uchiha.

This made me wonder if indeed he is an Uchiha considering his identity is still the biggest question of the series.

Clues that he is an Uchiha:
1.Does not suffer from charka drain that Sharingan depletes on non-Uchiha users.
2.Knows to much of Uchiha's history and its close guarded secrets.
3.Able to use Izanagi for extended minutes unlike danzo's version.

Clue that he is NOT an Uchiha:
1.Does not show deactivation of Sharingan.

He is not an uchiha since he need the senju DNA to perform the izanagi whereas itachi can perform the izanami without the senju Dna so

A true Uchiha can perform both izanagi and izanami
And those who require the DNA are not Uchiha's

I don't know if it could be counted as proof of him not being an Uchiha but...we've seen him implant several eyes, giving Itachi's eyes to Sasuke and himself the Rinnegan. Implanting a normal Sharingan would be a small feat for him.

Tobi had his sharingan deactivated before he claimed to be uchiha madara.
And maybe its jst not shown when its deactivated when he appears to be uchiha madara.

i'm not sure that he's an uchiha either, but he's definitely either senju or uzumaki if he's not an uchiha. his izanagi pretty much proves that. Personally, i'm leaning towards senju, given his use of kushina's chakra chains, so he might be knowledgeable in fuinjutsu. but perhaps he's just copied the technique.

and his not deactivating the sharingan might also be to his incredible mastery of the 3-tomoe (itachi could also keep the 3-tomoe activated a lot despite his poor stamina).

Zetsu was made from Hashirama's cells, so it's just Uchiha and Senju.

There is no evidence at all of izanami needing senju dna at all :S it has only been mentioned once or twice in the whole manga n never actually been properly explained :S love how u people just assume that this is the case just because it is related to izanagi -_-

zetsu is hashiramas dna and thats how tobi can use izanagi, the white stuffis him combining his body with zetsu to require senju dna buti think he is a uchiha because of the minimal energy loss from it....also itachi had his sharingan active all the time we seen him in part 1 and apparently when you have such a mastery over the sharingan you do not need to deactivate it because it hrdly drains chakra....same fortobi U_U just my guess probably far from right hm U_U

Zetsu is made from Hashirama Senju cells.Meaning, Zetsu is a Senju.Not in the sense that he's actually a part of the clans, but genetically, he just Hashirama cells

Yes he has Senju DNA but it doesnt mean he needed it to perform izanagi.
