Why do people say that the animations in Naruto are bad? I for one don't see any difference between the episodes, and honestly I think the animation looks badass. If you think the animations are terrible, what makes them terrible?

Because people with one Byakugan and one normal eye and Sharingan the same would be weird. But seriously, the Byakugan can't really split much further. The Sharingan however was able to divide further (hence not all Uchiha have all powers (Susanoo, Amaterasu, Kamui)).
