Sakura has good chakra control, and if she had an affinity for lighting I think she would be able to learn it. It would make her top 10 and on par with 8th gates Gai.

She looks well over 6 feet in the scan, im all for tall women but she seems inhumanly large. Even more so if she is actually the Shinigami, which was over 10 feet tall.
