I played the video games with my friends when they were Naruto fans and I wasn't, but now I follow the series way more than them. It became addictive.

They were drastically underpowered.

Definitely Minato. It could also be Hiruzen- think about it... Although Hiruzen was old, he managed to take on two of the strongest underpowered Hokage and stop Orochimaru from destroying the Leaf with his own hands. So, I'm arguing for either Hiruzen or Minato.

I'm sure he does. He knows everything else or so he believes. I don't see why he wouldn't spend time studying his background. :/
