After this chapter, it was revealed (although it has been revealed) that many people inherited Lord First's Will, including three Uchiha and a new addition, Sasuke Uchiha. Itachi trusted Naruto to change Sasuke, but in the end it was Hashirama's OP TnJ that changed Sasuke. The Will of Fire might even fully engulf Orochimaru and avert further evil. :scorps:
Hashirama has more disciples now. Yeah!

Hashirama's TNJ did not change Sasuke. Itachi's TNJ did. Hashirama was just the only able to answer other questions he had. In the end, he had to do what he felt was right in order for his brother's sacrifice not to be wasted. As for Orochimaru, he's just going with whatever Sasuke chooses to do. If he wanted to destroy the Leaf, Orochimaru would've fully been on board. So looks like The Will of Fire hasn't added those two.

Sasuke's decision rested with Hashirama's words, so in the end it was Hashirama who deserves the credit. Itachi's words just gave him an ultimatum- destroy or protect.
