Since he has rinnegan in one eye and a bit over half of the juubi's chakra, he's nearly god. Obito is way closer to the SO6P than Madara now, so why would he bend to someone who is clearly inferior to him? Obito is now a true god of shinobi and this might change the top 10 lists a little. Btw...
