Based on this scan. Naruto notes that Kaguya was abnormal. Hagoromo is not even sure what caused her to changed but it had something to do with eating the Shinju fruit. Black Zetsu noted that there was some kind of fusion between her and the Shinju. The Tree itself did talked to Madara.

Sakura's "super strength" is really just a release of chakra from her fist. Just like Body Flicker is a release of chakra from the feet and that's NINJUTSU. He means that Sakura damaging Kaguya was a plot hole as she negates ninjutsu. Also, somehow, Sakura STILL has her massive chakra boost...

It's never been stated that the movie is canon. Even Road to Ninja which was by Kishi isn't canon. Think this will be like the other movies. As if it was canon that would spoil the outcome of the Naruto vs Sasuke fight. It's too stupid of a move.
