Why does Kurama have dark fur then? He didn't have that in the Kaguya fight.

Naruto choose not to use their chakra. I don't know why he doesn't have their now since he never used it. After their last battle Sage stated Naruto still had all the tail beast chakra and they would need the tail beast to cancel IT.

Naruto was always using the tail beast chakra inside his body not the ones that was seal inside Madara. That the reason Naruto was talking to the Yin 9 tails instead of the Yang.

There abilities weren't useful in this fight, there was simply no situation in the fight to use them.

Just like how Sasuke didn't use all of his Rinnegan abilities.
