Nagato wasn't really old. He was just low on chakra.

So if Sasuke who has all 9 bijuu and the rinnegan he should find a way to become immortal. Techniqually he is. There isn't no one on the planet besides Naruto that can even hurt Sasuke. No ninjutsu, genjutsu or even taijutsu can hurt him. Only someone with senjutsu can damage him.

Hagormo chose to die and even now he's not quiet dead. He gave Naruto and Sasuke huge parts of his chakra and still has more power to summon all the kage of the past.

Hagoromo aged even when he was JJ. It would take having chakra the equivalent of being JJ along with the chakra in the Shinju to have been considered an immortal, which was still a lot more than anybody is using right now.

LMAO Hagoromo sealed the Gedo Mazo because the Juubi would be free after he died. Hagaromo was never immortal and he is shown to have aged.
