there's only 3 explanations i have for this. 1. Killer Bee has a Bijuu, where as Shino Doesn't 2. Killer Bee has Samehada to disrupt his chakra and give him chakra 3. Shino looked at the moon hard to tell if killer bee did or not. but imo i think edo and jins can't be affected.
