    naruto didn't want to unleash kyuubi ,,, it was hinata's fault for that .. naruto took down Deva with his ordinary cards ... the only thing that kyuubi was needed was at Chibaku Tensei . ! as for the rest , naruto could handle even w/o Kyuubi .
