Well i think its because combining the two is incredibly difficult so shinobi with the kkg can do it has it becomes easier for them.

Yeh well from what I have seen, he wont surpass them and i don't believe he has anything we havn't seen that could suprass them..

I like naruto more if he was smarter with his power no one would f&ck with him where as sasuke he was cool before ms but now it feels a bit overplayed if you get what i mean.
