Basically we know that the 9 tailed is sealed in naruto, BUT only its yang chakra was sealed in him. From what we know of the tailed beasts, the more tails they have the stronger they are. Therefore if only half of the fox's chakra is sealed in naruto, shouldnt he be able to go 4-5 tails max...
