Naruto SHOULDNT be able to go more than 5 tails

Basically we know that the 9 tailed is sealed in naruto, BUT only its yang chakra was sealed in him. From what we know of the tailed beasts, the more tails they have the stronger they are. Therefore if only half of the fox's chakra is sealed in naruto, shouldnt he be able to go 4-5 tails max because he doesnt have the the full chakra/power of the fox?

Some say the Chakra in Minato was given when Naruto signed the contract on Gerotora.
Others say it resurfaced similar to how Kushina said that the beast would revive later on.
The Kyuubi also shares Naruto's Chakra so its possible throughout most of Naruto's life, The Kyuubi has been making trade offs.

My personal opinion: I have no idea.

He doesnt really transform into the full form of the 9 tailed. Thats something only bee can do with the 8 tailed. Also naruto gets stronger in proportion with the amount of tails he gets
