Imagine Jiraiya and Orochimaru will have an all-out fight,they're both healthy, are loaded, orochimaru has his arms, jiraiya hasn't been poisoned. We are not talking about who would die first, but who would be defeated first, it's an all-out fight so they're using everything, both sage mode etc.
