I don't see myself using this but it's nice that the blasts cause both physical pain and paralysis. Opens up the way for a finishing move if one of them make contact with a target. Other than that, pretty basic idea.

Definitely want to fight this bio (tai/bukijutsu only though >.>).

I'm all for techniques that hinder my opponent in any way so this one is nice. Very glad it can reach up to mid range too, oftentimes with canon technique some of the lower ranks will have nice concepts but poor range to match. A decrease in speed by 3 ranks is significant enough to follow up...

Depending on the state of matter that the poison takes. Poison is weak to water and earth as a liquid, weak to wind as a gas. On the other hand, it's strong to fire as a liquid and lightning as a gas.
