Itachi was sick,his stamina and chakra reserves must have dropped. And I always believed that Kakashi had big chakra reserves but the sharingan takes more chakra than in an ordinary Uchiha due to the fact that Kakashi's body is not Uchiha made.Imo that's why he is drained faster and can't move...
