In the last page of 601 wen u see madara with a hospitalised obito, didnt madara give his eyes to nagato before or around the time obito was born? Pretty sure he wud have no eyes in that scene, if not maybe he gave his eyes to nagato jus after he rescued obito, jus thinking about the time line...
