[Spoilers] Shud madara have eyes?

In the last page of 601 wen u see madara with a hospitalised obito, didnt madara give his eyes to nagato before or around the time obito was born? Pretty sure he wud have no eyes in that scene, if not maybe he gave his eyes to nagato jus after he rescued obito, jus thinking about the time line and it all seems to be a lil muddled up. Any suggestions?

yeah, Nagato first used his rinnegan during the 2nd ninja war and Obito was saved during the third ninja war. Madara seems like a proud guy to me, therefore I dont see him swapping eyes just like that. He probably got Nagato to awaken his rinnegan in as way simmirlar to how Itachi implanted sasunoo in Sasuke.

About has about 100 spare eyes danzo has 10 in his arm. So madara having another 1 or 2 is far from shocking

well if we think about it my theory about madara never gave away his eyes seems legit, i guess Madara just found out that nagato got them, or he just "indirectly" made him to activate them so thats why tobi said, it was their from the beginning, cuz without them nagato would never had that eyes, maybe Obito also meant that not this "eyes" were madaras, moreover the purpose of the eyes were his, so he owns it like he was owning nagato as a member.

But didn't Itachi implant Amaterasu in Sasuke to activate the moment Sasuke saw Obitos Sharningan ? Madara may have been able to do the same thing with Nagato, and the moment of his parents death it activated
